We are contemplating about allowing breasts to be shown on public photos.

In answer to the question, I believe that yes they should be showm, though a couple things could be imposed, not allowed to any profile under the age of 18, (and they do get on site), not on a male profile, and not without a head shot in the same photo, to disallow the collectors and the fakes.
Thereby those that wish to show themselves will be free to do so
